What I'll Fight For
Five clear commitments to the communities of Camillus, Marcellus, Skaneateles, and Spafford.
Fiscal Responsibility
Your money deserves respect. I'll hold the line on spending, demand accountability, and make sure every county dollar serves a real purpose.
- Oppose unnecessary tax increases and fight for a leaner county budget
- Require transparent line-item reporting so residents can see exactly where their money goes
- Conduct regular audits of county programs to eliminate waste and redundancy
- Prioritize long-term fiscal health over short-term political wins
Transparent Government
County government should be open, honest, and easy to understand — not a black box that residents have to fight to access.
- Hold regular accessible public engagements in each community across District 6
- Publish clear, plain-language summaries of every major county vote
- Make myself personally accessible — phone, email, and in person
- Support stronger public records policies and faster response times
Strong Public Safety
Our families deserve to feel safe. I'll back our first responders with the resources and respect they've earned.
- Fully fund law enforcement, fire, and EMS services across the district
- Support competitive pay and retention programs for first responders
- Expand access to mental health crisis response so law enforcement isn't the only option
- Oppose any effort to defund or diminish public safety departments
Quality Infrastructure
Good roads, reliable services, and well-maintained public spaces are the foundation of a working community — not a luxury.
- Prioritize road maintenance and repair in rural and suburban areas of District 6
- Prioritize sewer and drainage maintenance to protect neighborhoods from flooding and infrastructure failure
- Ensure county facilities and parks are properly maintained and accessible
- Push for long-range infrastructure planning so we're not always playing catch-up
Community Character
What makes Camillus, Marcellus, Skaneateles, and Spafford special is worth protecting. I'll stand up for the quality of life that defines District 6.
- Preserve local control — decisions about our communities should be made here, not in Albany
- Protect green space, farmland, and the rural character of our communities
- Support responsible development that fits the scale and feel of each town
- Champion the unique identity of each of the four communities in District 6
